Production time for shipped orders
Regular orders are completed within 4–8 working days (Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are not working days).
Express orders are completed within 1–3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are not working days).
For large orders and orders with screen printing or embroidery, production usually takes 10–14 working days. We will let you know with our quote.
Unavailable textiles, artwork adjustments or incorrect orders can extend the production time.
Delivery time for shipped orders
Shipping within Austria usually takes 1–2 working days after completion.
Shipping to Germany usually takes 2–3 working days after completion.
Shipping to Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Liechtenstein and Norway usually takes 2–3 working days.
As soon as your order has been completed, you will receive an automatic email from us letting you know that your order is finished and has been handed over to Austrian Post. You will then receive an automatic email from the post with the tracking number so you can track your parcel.

We work with Austrian Post as our parcel service. All our parcels are shipped with Austrian Post. There are several reasons for this:

– high delivery rate in the shortest time (97% of domestic parcels within 2 working days)
Production time for pick-ups

Express PLUS orders are completed within 1 working day (24 hours) (Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are not working days).
