Returns & right of withdrawal
📦 Right of return
We want you to be happy with your product. However, for many orders there is no general right of return – for legal reasons:
Important:
All items that have been individually printed or embroidered for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 18 (1) no. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). This applies, for example, to:
T-shirts with your own text, logo or design
Embroidered textiles with individual personalisation
All custom products made to your specifications
This means:
Unfortunately, a return or withdrawal is not possible for custom-made products – even if you have not used the product yet.
📦 Returns of unprinted goods (standard products)
If you have exceptionally ordered unprinted goods (e.g. as stock or for testing), the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies.
In this case:
please contact us by email beforehand: office@hollyshirt.at
send the unused goods in their original packaging to the return address (please do not send carriage forward)
The refund will be made after we receive the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Notes for orders from Germany & Switzerland
Orders from Germany and Switzerland are generally subject to the same return conditions as Austria.
Please note:
- Returns are only accepted after contacting us by email beforehand
- Return shipping costs and any customs or import charges for international returns are borne by the buyer
- Personalised and individually printed products are excluded from withdrawal
If goods are damaged or defective, please contact us directly – we will find a solution together.
💬 What to do if there is a problem?
If your order was damaged, delivered incorrectly or printed incorrectly, please get in touch with us directly. We will find a solution together – because even though returns of custom-made products are excluded by law, your satisfaction is our goal.
